We manufacture and supply a full range of industrial electrical distribution products including our flagship X-Series protection relays (overcurrent, earth fault, earth leakage), power management devices (power factor regulators, digital power meters, reverse power relays), protection devices (voltage relays, motor protection relays, annunciators, earth leakage systems), and infrastructure components (capacitor banks, detuning reactors, and busway systems). All products are locally manufactured in Malaysia to industrial standards.

We are able to accommodate certain customisation requests depending on the product and application. Common adjustments include relay setting ranges, auxiliary supply voltages, and terminal configurations. Please describe your requirements when submitting an enquiry and our technical team will advise on feasibility.

The Earth Fault Relay is designed for use with current transformers (CTs) in power distribution systems to detect ground faults in medium or high current circuits. The Earth Leakage Relay detects smaller leakage currents to earth — typically used with residual current transformers for personnel protection and equipment protection in LV circuits. There is no strict minimum order quantity for most of our products. We supply to panel builders, contractors, and engineers of all scales — from single-unit replacement orders to large project quantities. Pricing may vary based on quantity, so please contact us for an accurate quotation.

Payment terms are stated on our quotation and invoice. Standard terms for new accounts are payment in advance or upon delivery. Credit terms may be available for established customers — please discuss this with our team when placing your order.

Delivery & Lead Time

Lead times vary depending on the product and quantity. Standard stocked items can typically be delivered within a few business days. For larger quantities or custom configurations, lead times may be longer. We will confirm the expected delivery date when issuing your quotation or order confirmation.

Yes, we arrange delivery nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Shipping costs and transit times will be included in your quotation. For urgent or time-sensitive deliveries, please let us know and we will advise on the best available option.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

Our products carry a twelve (12) month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, subject to correct installation and use in accordance with the product specifications. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Contact us by phone or through the enquiry form with your order reference, product details, and a description of the fault. We may request photos or the return of the unit for inspection. Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no charge within the warranty period.
