Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or sales confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with Malaysian law.
Delivery lead times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, natural disasters, or government actions. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point.
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty does not cover:

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Integral Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or production downtime.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the goods or services giving rise to the claim.
